The Company is committed to conducting its business with respect for human rights and fair labor practices across its operations and throughout its value chain. This commitment extends to employees, customers, business partners, and all stakeholders, with the aim of preventing human rights violations and minimizing adverse human rights impacts arising from its business activities. The Company is dedicated to protecting employees from all forms of discrimination and harassment while providing equal opportunities for personal and professional development. The Company recognizes the importance of upholding human rights and fair labor practices in accordance with internationally recognized standards and applicable laws in all countries where it operates. Accordingly, the Company conducts its business in alignment with the principles of the United Nations Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UDHR), the United Nations Global Compact (UN Global Compact), the United Nations Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights (UNGPs), and the International Labour Organization (ILO) Declaration on Fundamental Principles and Rights at Work.

Human Rights Due Diligence (HRDD)

he Company has established a comprehensive Human Rights Due Diligence (HRDD) process based on the United Nations Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights (UNGPs). The process encompasses three key principles: Protect, Respect, and Remedy, which serve as the framework and guidance for implementing human rights practices systematically. The Company recognizes the importance of respecting human rights and the potential impacts that may arise from its business activities throughout the value chain. Accordingly, the Company identifies and assesses human rights risks, establishes measures to prevent and mitigate adverse impacts, monitors and evaluates performance, and provides appropriate grievance mechanisms and remediation measures. These efforts are aimed at ensuring that the Company conducts its business responsibly and transparently, in accordance with internationally recognized standards.
      The Company has implemented a comprehensive Human Rights Due Diligence (HRDD) process consisting of five key steps as follows

       The Company has established a Human Rights Policy based on internationally recognized human rights principles and standards, including the Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UDHR), the United Nations Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights (UNGPs), and the International Labour Organization Declaration on Fundamental Principles and Rights at Work (ILO Declaration), which serve as the framework for the Company’s human rights practices.

       The Company conducts human rights risk assessments throughout its business value chain to identify, analyze, and prioritize potential human rights risks that may impact stakeholders. The Company establishes measures to prevent and mitigate such risks and continuously monitors their effectiveness to ensure that its business operations are conducted in accordance with the principles of respect for human rights, applicable laws, and international standards.

       Significant human rights risks, particularly those assessed as high-risk, are subject to in-depth analysis to develop appropriate risk management measures, preventive measures, and impact mitigation approaches. These measures are aligned with the Company’s business context and stakeholder expectations. The Company also continuously monitors and reviews the effectiveness of such measures to enhance the protection of human rights throughout its business value chain.

       The Company assigns relevant departments to oversee, monitor, and systematically manage human rights risks. Human rights risks are reviewed and assessed at least every three years, or whenever significant changes in relevant issues or the business context may potentially impact human right The Company continuously monitors the progress of its implementation and reviews the effectiveness of risk management measures to ensure that its operations can effectively prevent, mitigate, and minimize human rights impacts. The Company also regularly reports the results of human rights risk assessments and implementation performance to the Corporate Governance and Sustainability Committee to support oversight and the continuous improvement of relevant practices.

       The Company provides grievance and whistleblowing channels for all stakeholder groups who may be affected by the Company’s business operations in relation to human rights. Such matters are handled in accordance with the Whistleblower Policy through a fair, transparent, and impartial process, with due consideration given to the protection of complainants and the confidentiality of relevant information.


Fair Labor Practices

The Company recognizes that its people are valuable resources and a key driver of sustainable organizational growth. Accordingly, the Company is committed to treating all employees fairly, respecting human dignity, and promoting equality without discrimination or distinction on the basis of race, nationality, gender, age, religion, disability, political opinion, or any other status protected by law. The Company has therefore established a transparent and fair human resource management system that provides equal opportunities for all employees throughout the employment lifecycle, including recruitment, employee development, performance evaluation, promotion, compensation, benefits, and the promotion of employees’ well-being and quality of life in the workplace.
       The Company has established ethical guidelines and principles for the fair treatment of employees in its Code of Conduct, which serves as a framework for the conduct of directors, executives, and all employees. The Code of Conduct forms an integral part of the Company’s work rules and regulations, which all employees are required to strictly adhere to and comply with. This is intended to foster an organizational culture grounded in good corporate governance, transparency, and respect for human rights.
