In 2025, the Company organized various activities to promote employee well-being and workplace safety, as follows

Firefighting Training and Basic First Aid Training

The Company provides annual firefighting and basic first aid training for employees to ensure that they understand fire principles, common causes of fire, and the correct methods for fire prevention and suppression. The training also equips employees with the skills to properly use firefighting equipment and respond to initial fire incidents quickly and effectively.

Annual Health Checkups and Influenza Vaccination Services for Employees

The Company provides annual health checkups for employees to monitor their overall health and assess more than 20 work-related health risk factors. In addition, during periods of increased influenza outbreaks in Thailand, the Company arranges influenza vaccination services for employees on a voluntary basis at a special rate offered by Kasemrad Ramkhamhaeng Hospital. Employees who wished to receive the vaccination were invited to register in advance of the 2025 annual health checkup, enabling the hospital to prepare the appropriate number of vaccine doses and provide on-site vaccination services at the Company’s office. The program received a positive response from employees. The Company also extended the benefit to employees’ family members, allowing them to register for influenza vaccination at the same special rate at the hospital within one month after registration. This initiative reflects the Company’s commitment to promoting the health and well-being of both employees and their families.
