Mangrove forests, also known as “Blue Carbon Ecosystems,” play a vital role in absorbing and storing carbon from the atmosphere and therefore serve as highly
effective carbon sinks. In addition, mangrove forests are essential for the conservation and restoration of marine and coastal ecosystems. They provide important nursery grounds and habitats for a wide variety of aquatic species, help reduce coastal erosion,
and contribute significantly to restoring the ecological richness and balance of Thailand’s marine and coastal ecosystems.
The Company has collaborated with the Mahachai Learning and Operations Center for the Conservation and Restoration of Natural Resources and the Environment to
participate as a project developer in a mangrove reforestation project aimed at generating carbon credits. The project seeks to support the Company’s social and environmental initiatives, while promoting business operations that engage with local communities and society
Through the application of technology and knowledge in resource management, the Company aims to continuously promote the restoration, conservation, and sustainable management of mangrove forests. At the same time, the project encourages community participation
